Jenika Foust is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor, with a Mental Health Service Provider designation (LPC-MHSP, temp). Jenika has a trauma-informed approach to the therapeutic process which is informed by her extensive background in the music industry. With vast and expansive history in music and the arts, Jenika is familiar with the unique challenges individuals face in relation to creative or non-traditional lifestyles. Additionally, Jenika is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in Training (Beginning Level) as well as a Gottman Couples Therapist – Level 1 Trained.

She takes a relational approach to working with individuals and couples from any background, joining clients as they heal themselves from within. Jenika has many specialties, including her prominent work with youth and adolescents. Jenika is incredibly passionate about healing and is thrilled to have the opportunity to join the team at SESSIONS.
